📦 Where do you ship from?

All Daddy Club products are printed and shipped from trusted fulfilment partners in the UK and EU, depending on your location.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Shipping times:

  • UK: 3–5 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

You'll get tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all secure and encrypted.

🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?

We don’t offer gift wrap (yet!), but our products arrive in simple, clean packaging that’s perfect for gifting.

📏 How do I choose the right size?

We include size guides on all product pages. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

🧼 How should I care for my item?

To keep your gear looking fresh:

  • Wash cold, inside out

  • Avoid tumble drying if possible

  • Don’t iron directly on the print

😕 I made a mistake with my order — can I change it?

If you need to change your order, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best to catch it before it’s processed.

🔄 Do you accept returns?

Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind.
But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us — we’ll sort it out fast.
